- Locator
- Opening identity and construction paragraphs (official indexed text)
- Finding type
- vessel_history
- Finding
- The DANFS Persistent II is a different vessel: laid down as AM-491 in 1954, reclassified MSO-491 in 1955 and commissioned in 1956. Its history and crew figures must not be attributed to T-AGOS-6.

- Locator
- T/S State of Michigan section
- Finding type

[6]Codex batch 9559 research ledger and authenticated helper diagnostic [other_primary]
- Citation URL
- research/batch-9559/RESEARCH.md
- Locator
- Search ledger search-06 through search-09; cl-name-opinion.log
- Finding type
- historical_record
- Finding
- No qualifying ship-specific asbestos documentation was located in the bounded official-source searches recorded in the search ledger. Ship-specific asbestos status remains unknown. CourtListener coverage is incomplete because the authenticated helper stopped at fleet pacing.

- Limitations
- A research outcome, not a government asbestos survey or judicial finding. No absence-of-asbestos or absence-of-litigation conclusion follows; no CourtListener result set was returned. Undigitized records and unsearched dockets may contain evidence.
