[3]CourtListener authenticated search (combined ship name + hull number) not completed - sandbox credential block (2026-09-25) [court_record]
- Finding type
- litigation_documented
- Finding
- CourtListener authenticated search for the combined ship name and hull number ("USS Carteret" APA-70) could not be completed during the writing session. The authenticated helper (cl-search) failed: the authd service returned HTTP 403, meaning the stored CourtListener connector credential is not available to the sandbox, so no query was issued and no results were returned. The search gap is logged; the search must be retried from an authorized environment before any litigation finding can be claimed.
