[5]Batch 1582 bounded research and search ledger [other_primary]
- Locator
- search_ledger sl-01 through sl-09; research/uss-jacamar-amc47/RESEARCH.md
- Finding type
- historical_record
- Finding
- No ship-specific asbestos survey, product identification, abatement record, or exposure finding was located in the sources reviewed for this batch. DANFS Jacamar I contains no asbestos statement. Ship-specific asbestos documentation remains unknown.

- Limitations
- This is a bounded search result, not proof of absence. NARA logs and construction/repair files remain unread. Web indexing and CourtListener coverage are incomplete; most docket collisions were screened only at metadata/snippet level. No inference is made from wooden construction, class, service era, alterations, or machinery.

[6]CourtListener API v4 authenticated helper search and ASARCO RECAP document 11739370 [court_record]
- Locator
- search_ledger sl-06/sl-07/sl-08; research/uss-jacamar-amc47/courtlistener-classification.json
- Finding type
- litigation_documented
- Finding
- The authenticated CourtListener combined exact-name/hull-variant search returned zero opinions and 13 docket results. The docket hits were classified as name/token collisions, not qualifying Jacamar asbestos litigation. The asbestos-named ASARCO hit uses AMC for Americas Mining Corporation; its retrieved document contains no Jacamar reference.

- Limitations
- Twelve docket classifications are provisional metadata/snippet screening, not full-document clearance. ASARCO document 11739370 was read in full-text form to check the acronym; it is a report and recommendation concerning plan confirmation, not a Jacamar exposure adjudication. No litigation stage or result is attributed to this hull. Search absence is not proof that no claim exists.
