- Finding
- Three of four required CourtListener base queries remain unrun due to fleet-wide pacing (helper exit 2, budget momentarily spent): exact-name docket, hull-number opinion, hull-number docket. These are owed work, not negative findings.

- Locator
- Infobox: Propulsion; DANFS specs block (speed 13 k.)
- Finding type
- vessel_history
- Finding
- ATA-198 was a diesel-electric auxiliary fleet tug (single screw, 13 knots). Diesel-electric tugs of this era had no steam propulsion plant; this is context for prioritizing research, not a ship-specific asbestos finding. No inference of asbestos presence or absence is drawn from propulsion type.
