- Finding
- No ship-specific asbestos survey, abatement contract, hazmat disclosure, or asbestos product inventory was located in the sources reviewed. The CourtListener searches for the exact name and hull number could not be completed: the authenticated helper returned a fleet-wide pacing notice before returning search results. Available sources do not establish asbestos-containing products aboard LST-1061, individual exposure, quantity, or present-day material condition. Asbestos documentation aboard this hull remains unknown.

- Limitations
- This is a bounded research negative, not proof that no records or litigation exist. The CourtListener sweep is incomplete and is logged as blocked, not as a no-result search. No individual exposure, asbestos presence, quantity, or current onboard material condition is established.
