    Identity packet verdict: MISMATCH — cancelled-contract hull. Hull PCE-911 was renamed/reclassified as the minesweeper Adjutant (AM-351), but the contract was cancelled on 1 November 1945 before construction was completed. The hull never entered service under either designation; no commissioned USS PCE-911 or USS Adjutant (AM-351) ever existed. (Distinct from the later, unrelated Adjutant-class coastal minesweeper AMS-60.)
