- U.S. Navy crews and shipyard workers; ship history only

[5]CourtListener authenticated search attempt through fleet helper, 2026-09-27 [court_record]
- Locator
- Authenticated helper diagnostic: fleet-wide request budget momentarily spent; helper instructed session to stop retrying and do non-CourtListener research
- Finding type
- litigation_documented
- Finding
- The authenticated helper was invoked for the exact-name opinion query "USS Trathen". The fleet-wide pacing limiter refused the request before a CourtListener result was returned. No conclusion about presence or absence of litigation can be drawn from this attempted query. The exact hull-number query DD-530 and docket searches were not run after the stand-down.
